IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
Promote raving customer fans by converting incoming customer calls into booked service appointments. When the phone isn’t ringing, you will call our customers to schedule their planned maintenance visits. We will equip you all you need to provide professional and consistent experiences for our customers. You will participate in ongoing training to expand your expertise to deliver exceptional customer service. You will collect pertinent information and update our customer database with complete and accurate information.
